Team INFINIT Performance

Completion is also a Victory

I don't have a lot to say about this ride. It was indeed a ride for me, not a race. I wasn't sure if I could ride that far and climb that much. SO I started easy and maintained the "ride" mindset all day. There were so many climbs, and I rode alone mostly. . .leap frogging a few groups, but solitary spinning all day. It was hard, but do-able, albeit a little boring. The weather was perfect, and the rest stops were plentiful. The BWR series is very much the IM of gravel: big spectacle, big production value, and big schwag. I'm glad I did it, but I'm not sure I need to do it again. New England has the best gravel and dirt roads ever, so traveling so far seems a bit silly.  I did get to meet CEO Mike, though! And that was pretty cool!
