I work in the IT industry over the last 25 years and found that the best outlet for the day to day stress is running and biking. I try and run about 4 - 7 miles each day with a longer 10+ mile run on the weekend. My wife and I like to run a 1/2 marathon a couple times a year while also adding in a full marathon each year.
