I am originally from Michigan and moved to Los Angeles in 2004. I was primarily a softball player and worked out with Weights and minimal cardio until 2010 when I decided I wanted to run a 5k. I then decided I should do more biking and always loved swimming so I decided I should do a triathlon for my 40th birthday. I started very modestly and completed IronMan Arizona in 2017 and IronMan Maryland in 2019
