I love being outside, love finding and then pushing my limits. Whether on the trails or out on the roads running, cycling hiking or just enjoying the beauty God has blessed us with I look forward to every opportunity I can to travel and "get outside". I began running in 2007, ventured into triathlon in 2009 and since then have done four Full Iron Distance races and over a dozen 70.3's. The last few years I have spent more of the fall and winter training and running Ultra Marathon trail races and have really been enjoying the variety and change of pace. I'm happily married (17 years) and a proud father of a beautiful, smart, athletic, strong, determined socialite daughter (ten years old) and they are my world.
