My name is Cassidy Feltenberger and I have been an active open water swimmer for the past 12 years. I currently train with NOVA Masters Swimming in Irvine, swim with the informal Laguna Beach Open Water Swimmers and compete in USMS regional and national competitions. In 2019, my 200M Free relay won first place at USMS long course nationals. I also played water polo at the University of Southern California, where our team won the women's NCAA national championship in 2016. I pay my bills by working as a PhD student researcher at the University of California, Irvine, where I am studying physical chemistry. When I am not in the water, I spend my time skydiving (C License & Coach Rated), playing underwater hockey, and hiking in the mountains of southern California.
