I’m a 40 year old age-grouper triathlete in the DC area. I’ve been competing for 8 years and finished close to 50 triathlons of all distances. I have run 8 standalone marathons and my goal is to run one on every continent. I have Asia next year, then South America and Europe in the ensuing years. I also practice Gracie Jiu-Jitsu several times a week. I am a federal law enforcement officer so fitness and self-defense are definitely a life style.
